Fogo de Chao

Fogo de Chao is a Churrascaria, or Brazilian Steakhouse. Fogo de Chao was founded in Brazil in 1979 and brought the concept to the US in 1997. They have since expanded to 16 locations in the US and 6 in Brazil.

Fogo asked Fusionista to overhaul their creative and create a cohesive brand. Fogo is vastly different from their competitors. For starters, their Gauchos all train in Brazil for at least two years. They are not merely servers in costume. Fogo's Gauchos are actual chefs who prepare each cut of meat.

Fusionista captured the feeling of old Brazil, the authenticity of Fogo, and the elegance of their restaurants.
