Elena's career in design and advertising spans over 20 years, going back to the days of cutting Rubylith and slicing and dicing paste-up boards at Bozell. She held a variety of art and creative director positions before starting her own company in 1993 working with clients such as Levi's, Haggar Clothing, Kenneth Cole and Liz Claiborne.

Running her own small business allowed Elena to further develop a wide variety of skills from account executive, to designer, to production manager. She also learned the value of consistent quality, timeliness and responsiveness needed to set a business apart.
