Rob spent his formative years in San Antonio, Texas. Growing up the older of two sons, Rob quickly discovered the art of subtle parental manipulation and hardnosed sibling coercion. He took these skills to Villanova University where he honed them in an intensive academic program combined with a healthy dose of varsity water polo and a heaping serving of basketball viewing.

Leaving the safe confines of college behind, Rob headed to the Research Triangle Park of North Carolina where he worked for large and small agencies alike, developing his skills in account service, planning and strategy. Rob also found a few bands that he liked and started a small record label called WeatherVane Music. After selling the label to a competitor on the west coast, Rob headed to the warm breezes of Miami, Florida to try his hand at some client-side work.

Heading up the sales & marketing efforts of a start-up sales partner to the satellite giant DIRECTV, Rob grew the company to one of the largest and most successful in the business on a national level.

Finally, Rob was ready for a return trip to Texas. Settling in Oak Cliff, undeniably the coolest part of Dallas, Rob founded Fusion Advertising with a few stellar partners in an effort to shake up an industry that needed fresh thinking.
